I’m not a builder (not even close) and found it straight forward to put together and easy to assemble from using the instruction manual and the app when we got a little stuck. The quality is great and it’s a very clever design which keeps the kids entertained for house playing tea parties and games. We gave it a clear sealing which was simple to do to waterproof it fully.</span>

Assembly went smoothly thank goodness to my 34 year old son who is a perfectionist especially because some pilot holes didn’t line up. There were some paint chips and knot holes poking through but nothing a little white
Touch up paint can’t fix. I had a blast adding my own accessories and personal touches to this adorable playhouse. My granddaughter was overwhelmed and while acclimating to her tiny house, so far the phone and doorbell were her favorites. Great little house, great price and my only suggestion would be to make it slightly larger. 4’ squared, another half foot on each side would make a nice difference.</span>

Recommend adding hooks and/or shelves for the kitchen utensils on the next revision. There was 1 broken piece, will see how difficult it is to get a replacement. Truly liked the 3-D video on its assembly, especially the rotate and zoom to make sure the pieces go in the correct direction. I would still recommend it to friends and neighbors.</span>

We finally got our first snow this past weekend and she STILL wanted to play pretend outside. Quality seems good enough, but we will see how the pressurized wood holds up through the winter. <span itemprop="description">If you can assemble IKEA, you can assemble this playhouse. I opened the box, moved the pieces into place on patio, got my tools, and got to it. Pre-drilling will make your life easier, as will a couple of clamps to hold things in-place (if you are doing it solo). Assembly straightforward, as all pieces are well-marked. It took me a leisurely day, as I had other distractions going on. Granddaughter LOVES it; we added serving pieces and fake food so she could 'cook' and serve.</span>
