Wish I would've gotten one of these from the beginning. The velcro on these sacks is much easier to use than the other brands... you can velcro it to almost any area on the left side of the sack, as opposed to other brands where you have to velcro them to the exact velcro spot available, which means that once they start to outgrow it, you can't use it much longer. The HALO sack will be able to be used for a while. I also love that you can still change the baby without removing them from the sack (helpful at night)... the other brands didn't have this either... the legs were stuck into the sack and had to be taken out. Also, and really most importantly, baby loves this sack too. This one is nicely made and easy to use, but my baby prefers others for whatever reason. We have had greater success with the Swaddle Me that velcros. I may give this one a try again when he gets bigger. I was pretty good at it too. But they were hard to find cotton blankets that were big enough. I watched others use swaddle contraptions similar to this one and was not impressed with their ability to get a nice tight swaddle. I received this one as a gift with #5. I have loved it! Nice and tight, easy to use. A friend also lent me another type of swaddler, and this is by far my favorite.
