Sadly with in about 10 minutes of having this, her 1 year old brother ripped the mobile and it's arm completely off (broke the screw and everything.) We're hoping to get a replacement part. The bed area should be bigger, but it does work for our doll babies with their heads up on the edge. But the plastic all feels thinner than our other step2 products. The nursery is built too tall and narrow and tips over if not up against a wall. Step 2 has made some incredible products, like the diner, which was so well thought out, and usable on all sides. But this is so poorly made, the quality is what I expect from an off brand toy in a dollar type store. The mobile will not spin, as we have to have it right up against the wall to keep it from falling over when they open and close the doors. It was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old. As soon as she seen it she had to have it. I as her mother put it together it was super easy the only problem I came across is that their is no pre made holes for the screws so you have to push pretty hard but once you break through its simple. Because it is a step 2 the plastic is pretty heavy duty. My only issue with it is the whole toy itself is pretty light weight, my daughter tends to move it around which I wish she could not. Also it does tend to not sit flat on thicker carpet so yes it has fallen over. I almost wonder if it was a little heavier it wouldn't be able to do that. The doors are a thinner cheaper plastic so those may break easily.
