They love to play with the coffee maker and have been playing &quot;coffee store&quot; and bringing mommy lots of coffee. My daughter spends most of her day playing/cooking with it and bringing everyone something to eat. It took me about an hour to put it all together and the instructions are pictorial which was beneficial in knowing exactly where to place all the screws. It's a perfect size for our small home, big enough that both kids can play with it but small enough not to take up a ton of wall space. This is the one toy they can both play with at the same time without arguing which as any mother knows is a miracle!I would also like to thank Step2 for letting me test this item as part of the Step2 toy tester program. My kids are having so much fun playing with this kitchen. All the little areas make it more interactive and invites them to play pretend cooks and restaurant hosts and hostesses!! It was easy to set up but very light and a bit on the smaller side. This makes it easy to move around and easy to fit in small corners. My kids are 5, 3, and 1 so it is perfect for my 1 and 3 year old. But it's a bit too small for a growing 5 year old. In addition, it is suitable for only one or two small children at a time because it is a bit narrow.
