<span itemprop="description">We bought this playhouse and it was delivered a few days ago.. Took about an hour to put together with a power drill and assembly was pretty straightforward. My kids (3 and almost 1) are loving it. They've gone in and out of that door at least 1,000 times and love the doorbell. To note - the food and flowers shown in the pictures are not included. Also, note that delivery has to be scheduled with the provider. This was confusing. You first place the order and get a delivery estimate, but the estimate is for the day that the product will arrive at the delivery carrier - not at your home. The delivery company then calls you to schedule the home curbside delivery. In my case this was 4 days past the estimate - good to know for gifts!</span>

The open design id wonderful because it allows us to enjoy watching them play. The bench by the fireplace is a nice touch and they enjoy sitting on the outside seats. The only downside is that the sink faucet doesn't attach well and I wish the table was slightly bigger for them to both use at the same time. Would highly recommend this product!</span>

I was very disappointed after the first rain to see the water stays in the window boxes and the sink. (Breeding Ground for mosquitos) :( The window boxes can be lifted out but the sink cannot. You have to tilt the house over which is hard to do. Also, the stickers are peeling right off. We only had it a day when we noticed it. :(</span>

<span itemprop="description">Purchased for 3 year old grandson for Christmas. Needed something large enough for grandma to fit in and still be affordable. It's been 5 days since christmas and we have played in it every day. Nice inside and out. Would be nice if the molded plastic decorations were painted but I understand that would affect cost. Still adorable. And made in America!</span>

<span itemprop="description">The Step2 Charming Cottage provides non-stop entertainment for my 4yo and 2yo. It took less than an hour to put together with help from my 4yo. She loved putting on her own address sticker! The working doorbell is a huge hit, and the flower beds in the windows have drainage holes to grow flowers (we decided on fresh herbs). My kids love to play house, and this cottage provides so many real life features (the sky light is one of our favorites). There is a storage area for crafts, pretend food, or any other ideas my kids can dream up! I am amazed with the durability and how well my Step2 products hold up to wear and tear, I would absolutely recommend this product to a friend. I received this product as part of the Step2 toy tester program. The reviews and opinions expressed are my own.</span>
