His favorite thing to do is ring the door bell; it's such a great feature that not all play houses have. I also love that the doorbell sound is not super loud or annoying at all. He also loves to play peek-a-boo while opening and closing the shutters. The added sink and grill are the perfect touch! Although my 13 month old doesn't know exactly the purpose of the sink &amp;amp; grill yet, he loves to play with the faucet and put his toys in the sink while sitting on the built in chair. You do need a drill though for the screws because at least 2 of the hole places weren't even marked, just smooth plastic. I didn't need to predrill any holes but I think if you did it would help move things along a bit faster. Overall it was pretty simple and easy to put together for someone whose never done this kind of thing before. My son loves loves loves the &quot;cordless phone&quot; and the doorbell. He also loves just running around it and sticking his head in the window or sitting in it with a book. I put a little chair in it for me and read to him inside of sometimes which is the reason I wanted one large enough for me to climb in.
