He absolutely loves this thing!!! His imagination has gone wild since he got it! He makes us pancakes, grills cookies for us, and loves to have visitors ring the door and come in. Assembly took about an hour, and the instructions were crystal clear. Now, the instructions call for a screw driver. There is no chance you'll be able to tighten all of the screws with just a screw driver. I used an impact drill, and it was still a bit challenging. Anyway, it is an incredibly sturdy house. On day three, I did, however, replace the screws under the grill with much longer screws. All four of my little ones can fit inside at one time. They love all the windows. I didn't read enough about the product to realize that the floor is part of the house. We are keeping this inside, but if it were to go outside, I'm not sure how this would work out with tracking in dirt and during the rainy seasons. My husband put it together all on his own on Christmas Eve. We bought it on Black Friday so we got a great deal. They love the sink and large windows. My almost 2-year-old boy loves to climb in and out of the window. The only pretty significant downfall is that they have pinched their fingers/hands multiple times when opening/closing the door and window panels. Their hands are small enough to fit right in between the door and the mailbox.
