I chose this one because the roof was higher than other houses and I thought my older child at 42 inches could play in it too which he does. I was treated to a cup of flower stew served up in the little flower pot that comes with the house. I'm able to drag the house around to cut the grass but it is a little heavy. My husband put the house together and had difficulty getting one of the long screws in one of the sections. Couldn't get the roof to fit as snug as we thought it should be in one part. Be careful peeling the stickers off the paper...it sticks together so easily and you can't barely pull them apart if they stick. My daughter has flowers growing in the tiny little flower pots (my son has dug up all the seeds &amp;amp; soil from the built in flower beds, but all in good fun;) The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is that it was a bit hard to assemble- not hard to figure out, but really hard to drive those screws in there. I've assembled more things than I can count and this was the hardest one- it didn't have pre-drilled holes, just thin plastic in some parts, so I had to force the screws through that. Probably easier with a drill?
