We purchased this specifically because of the &quot;water pump&quot; option, as she loves any play involving water. However, note that the &quot;working water pump&quot; is not an actual running pump with a reservoir - you just dump water into the top and every time you pull the lever it releases some of it. In all, though this is a great product. She is only 2 and some of the features she'll have to grow in to, like grilling and gardening. It is sturdy and has already weathered a few thunderstorms with no problems. I bought 2 Little Tikes graden chairs to go with it. They both fit inside comfortably but I have one inside and one outside. The playhouse with the added chairs is just adorable! It seems well made and was very easy to put together. It took about 30-45 min. I love the colors as it doesn't stand out in my yard. It's a nice addition and looks good. She enjoys going in and out of the play house and playing with the water feature. This is definitely something she will grow into and do more with as she gets older.
