I&rsquo;m a little concerned on the track just because it seems a little flimsy and where he&rsquo;d be playing with it is carpet so may not move the best however that&rsquo;s something super small. There was also a scuff on the bucket but it&rsquo;s not super noticeable. This is so heavy duty and was much bigger than I anticipated. There is actually rubber on the tracks and the steel machine is made from thick, heavy duty metal. The only thing that feels a tad flimsy is the arm and handles that lift the bucket head. I was disappointed in the item from the moment he got it out to use....the track tires would hardly move over our wood floor. I had to stand up, bend over the toy to try and get it to move. They definitely look cool, but may they should stick with regular excavator tires or reengineer these - they don't work well at all! Also the interactive digger is not good for first learners...it took me a few times to get down how to dig up and then pull up the digger to move it and then dump it. He immediately took off to play with it. This was great because the adults could sit and visit without interruptions. Well that didn't last long as the girls wanted to play with the trucks also.
