It has a long mane which can be brushed. Much bigger in person than I thought based on photo. Would work well to pair with Barbie dolls based on size. My kids lost interest in it after the initial playtime but I have boys who aren't so into figurines or dolls. Such a small detail but they loved it. It did shed some but is still great. They loved positioning the head different ways. Very durable and has been coming everywhere with us. There aren't any small pieces or accessories to keep up with. That's a huge bonus in my book because I don't have to hear the endless questions about where is such and such after a piece is inevitably lost. Now, my 3.5y daughter has a different opinion. She adores this horse and loved it as soon as she saw it. She might be biased though because she loves all horses and definitely anything Spirit related. This was a big win for her except she keeps asking what this horse's name is. As in, she wants to know specifically which character this is. My 3 year old son loved it! Since he received it, it has accompanied him everywhere, he loves to play with it!: Something that we really liked is that it stands alone and its head is movable. The quality is incredible, it is the ideal companion for an active and adventurous child. It is also very easy to clean! We would have loved for him to bring a brush so we could comb it. The only negative thing is the package was difficult to open. For everything else it is a great toy even to give as a gift! We are very happy with him!. This is one of my child&rsquo;s favorites as the main reminds my child of my long black hair. Even with all the play and as many times as this horse has been dropped it is still good as new. The main is very soft and shiny. The tail is plastic but makes for a great handle for little hands to move the horse around. It fits barbies and even some action figures. It is a beautiful horse. This one is really nice it has hair you can brush on the mane. The tail is hard plastic. It has nice detailing and is really pretty. The only drawback is there are no accessories, a brush would have been nice. The size is good but it has only one moving part head. Other than that nothing moves. Would be good to have the tail and legs as well move. How about adding a removable saddle on it. Material change definetly would help. I'm not sure what kind the horse is. Its white with black spots, black mane and tail. The head goes up on this horse to pretend it is neighing. My daughter liked watching the Spirit show. She was excited to get this horse and plays with it a lot.
