He loves any type of remote controlled cars, and he loves Spider Man toys. So this car is a big hit with him and he absolutely loves it. First of all, it is nice and simple. Just put the batteries in and begin to play. No waiting hours to get charged up while the child gets frustrated. Second, the bright colors of this Spidey Remote controlled car got his attention immediately. He loved the look of how cool this car is. Another great feature this car has is the remote control and how it is plain and simple, with just 4 buttons: forward, backward, left and right. It is a very easy to use remote control for him. This vehicle rides very smooth on our floors and responds nicely to the controller. We did give this 4 out of the 5 stars only due to the fact that unfortunately it doesn't run on our carpeting, and one of my son's favorite things to do is to take his cars all through the house. But this car doesn't do that. It is still a great toy though, and provided lots of entertainment for all my 3 kids, and this dad too! Many times I find these remotes are too complicated or the buttons are too small and kids get frustrated. They can&rsquo;t control the toy and it ends up in the garbage. Spidey&rsquo;s remote control car by Disney junior was well thought. The car and Spider-Man are adorable. Any kid would love it. The remot is the perfect size for small hands and the buttons are large enough for little fingers, there are only 4 buttons that are marked clearly with arrows and the top button is marked in white while the others are black so it is easy to know which way is forward. There are no extra pieces, wires or antennas. You need 2 batteries and you are ready to go. Solid product that provides hours of fun. This toy is made of durable plastic with bright eye catching colors. This a nice toy for all genders. Superheroes are something my kids always have great imaginative play with. Having said all that my kid was able to play less than an hour with it. It stopped running with the remote control. The motor was running, you could hear the sound but the wheel wasn't connecting. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes this issues because I am sure any child would love to play with this toy as it is very fun and multifunctional. It states that it is for children of the ages 3+. I was a bit worried that it would be a little too advanced but no it's not! It has four simple controls or it does for simple things I should say and it's very easy to operate. Even my little 3-year-old grandson's hands can maneuver the remote control because there's no knobs. The remote is literally controlled by pushing down on a padded remote. So it really makes it easy for little hands to maneuver! It is a j Disney Junior in conjunction with marvel so that's a name I know and trust. I like this so much that I think I want to get all of them if there are any more available in different characters. He has hours of fun now the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I wish it would have been a plug-in chargeable one. This takes batteries which can run out quite quickly depending on how much usage your child gets from it. So I have absolutely stocked up on batteries. Again the only thing I would change about this toy is to make it plug in chargeable. Other than that though it is a joy to watch him play with it he has such a good time!
