My husband and I assembled ourselves to save the assembly charge. There instructions were clear and&rsquo;s mostly easy to follow. Many of the boards were not well marked and difficult to identify. After the first few days of assembly (we did this on combined work breaks, spending a few hours here and there), we ended up sporting the pieces by step (hardware and wood required step by step) and that made assembly slightly quicker. Some of the wood for there decking and walls warped and we had to make a few cuts to make it work. The lumber and hardware were not organized by anything other than fitting it into the boxes, so we opened it all at the onset of our assembly project. Our girls love this set and it is rated to hold people up to 150 pounds, so I feel comfortable playing with them as well. Great set, good assembly instructions, and not so great marking of lumber for identification. Best purchase ever. Even in less than great weather, my kids are clamoring to get outside. That&rsquo;s right it&rsquo;s 2023 and my kids want to be outside. My 10 year old is pushing 80 pounds and this equipment is holding firm under his weight on the swing. It&rsquo;s held up against much larger kids as well. There is no or only barely noticeable twisting or buckling that I had seen on some of our earlier and cheaper play sets. It&rsquo;s held me as I sat in the fort part of the structure without so much as a creaking of wood and I&rsquo;m well over 200 pounds. I will say we did pay to have it professionally installed and it was worth it. My kids love it. My wife and I love it. Everyone that&rsquo;s come to our house love it. It is a good playground for our 5 year old. Only bad thing is it's not sturdy enough for an 9 year old who weighs 55 lbs +/-. Whenever our oldest goes across the monkey bars the wood creaks and when she swings, the wood creaks and sags. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I wish we would have spent a little more money and got one a little more sturdy. Other than that, my 5 year old loves it. Customer service was amazing when we needed to replace some wooden pieces that had split. Directions were pretty good, but being able to rotate the view in the app was a huge help since sometimes the pieces look reversible but aren&rsquo;t. It was pretty time-consuming to assemble (it took 2 of us about a week, not including site prep which we did ahead of time), but all the pieces fit and were good quality, and it was often satisfying to work on. Our kids love it. It has great features both for smaller kids (our littlest was 3 when we finished it) and has room for the kids to keep growing into it (our biggest loves the monkey bars). It's so cute to see the sibling love when they swing on the double swing together. It has provided hours of fun for our kids, including during our 7-year-old's backyard birthday party. It has everything the kids could imagine for a playground and as an adult, I think it looks good in our woodland backyard as well (no obnoxious colors).
