It is very quick and pretty powerful. It is a little tricky to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is a lot easier to use. Quiet and not loud. Pretty heavy duty as ours got stuck in a tree and it still works and didn't break. Provides hours of fun and entertainment. Fun to fly at night with the lights. My kids enjoy how it does flips in the air. It is 5 inches, simply use the USB cable and charge the drone and add batteries (which are not included in the remote) and enjoy yourself! It also comes with 4 extra green replacement propellers in case of damage or lost one. This is definitely a bonus, if you have a newbie like myself you may end up in the bushes first few rounds and lose the propellers. Eventually you'll realize how much fun this drone is and will want one for yourself for your birthday like I did. I love the LED glow, different color modes, and the ease of operating. My favorite feature is the emergency landing. Also, don't forget when turning on the remote to push a button on the drone to sync it together. It does have different trims for all 4 directions so that helps in the event it goes on one side. The directions were easy to follow and other than a random hair of mine getting tangled in one of the propellers, we&rsquo;ve had no issues. I was able to detangle it easily and we went right back to flying it. It is not one that would be good good to stick a camara on as it is small and the lights would take away from the picture. But it is easy to manuver and so fun to play with. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it feels really flimsy. I am not experienced with drones though, so it is probably supposed to be that way so that it is light. This small drone is the best one my kids have had by far. The drone has everything from several light settings for the bright green and blue LED lights, to responsive controls that include stabilization, which helps the drone reset it height and stabilize after doing tricks. The drone has 3 settings for speed and response making it easier for younger users or faster and more responsive for experienced users. My sons really enjoyed that this drone can perform 360 degree flips and reset itself in the air with no worries of crashing. Flight time length is about 10-15 minutes and the drone recharges fairly quickly in about 1.5 hours. Flying at night with the bright LED lights is a lot of fun too. Includes USB charging cable which works with a standard phone charging cube. Controller requires 3 AAA batteries. Easy-to-follow instructions included, as well as extra propellers. Overall, a really nice and fun drone that the whole family is enjoying. The glow LEDs not only look cool but they also help with direction and steering. The stunts are also pretty neat, you can make it do flips! But don&rsquo;t take it outside, the drone can easily be taken by the wind on a windy day. I also wasn&rsquo;t impressed with its battery life, I charged it completely before use and it only lasts about 10 minutes per session. You need to full charge it before the first use and while it&rsquo;s charging, you can watch the manufacturers videos on how to use it. Once you learn how to calibrate it and identify which direction it is pointing in (the lights let you know), you can fly with precision. There are a few &lsquo;easy&rsquo; buttons included in the controller. You have a launch, land, emergency stop and orientation. Once you are about 2&rsquo; away from things, you can hit the stunt button and when the tone sounds, you flip the control knob in one direction. Great for indoors or calm days outdoors. After a little instruction, it is easy enough for my 7-year-old to take the controls. While I mostly use it indoors, I piloted it up and over the top of my house, above tall trees and through the garden all while standing on my deck. It was awesome. This little toy has brought me much joy. I did notice that a light breeze forced me to really lean into the direction of wind and drop the altitude to maintain control. The battery lasts about 7 minutes before it needs to recharge. The drone will try to land before the power runs out and will not take off if the battery is too low. It comes with four spare propellers and a charge cable that has an LED indicator that shuts off when it is finished. It is a gateway drone and I fully expect to get a full sized one within the next year. It&rsquo;s very easy to use and learn. The lights glow in the dark and it looks really cool. It&rsquo;s pretty easy to control once you get the hang of it. It did not bump into anything hard enough to damage it if we accidentally flew into it. My daughter had an RC car, which broke, and I thought that this would make a fun replacement. We certainly never used the RC car at night, so I didn&rsquo;t think about it with this, but when we got it WOW it glows BRIGHT! So of course the first thing my daughter wanted to do is try it at night. We took it to the beach, the soft sand was perfect for us as we went along the learning curve of how to use it, and there were more crashes at the beginning for sure! We also do a lot of dispersed camping where we are by ourselves out in the forrest, and it is perfect because you cannot lose something that glows this bright! Most established campgrounds do not allow drones, so just make sure you follow the rules wherever you go!
