When I saw the picture online I was expecting them to be smaller and of another material but I was wrong. They're about 2.5in tall and sturdy, perfect for little hands! My 3 year old loves figures right now but I can see a 1.5 year old enjoying these too. Get them before they sell out!! We're so happy with these. Can't go wrong with Elmo and his gang!</span>
