Our son was in love with it, watched intently, really enjoyed. Well, that's over now. The good: it is very engaging for a little, and when you put it in ocean sound mode, can help to soothe to sleep and act as a sound machine. Makes the crib a &quot;happy place&quot; The bad: once kiddo started being able to stand, would smash the button repeatedly to turn it on. The music blasting in the middle of the night can be eerie. The regular use eats through 4 C batteries on a weekly basis. Wish there were more options for how long the &quot;sleep&quot; cycle was, especially for the lights. The ugly: this week, kiddo realized he could chew on the soother. Found flakes of blue paint or plastic all over kiddo's face, probably some in belly.
