It is made of cheap particle board so probably will not hold up with years of use but for the price and age of my daughter it is fine for now.</span>

The dollhouse is heavily weighted so that helped to keep it level when screwing things together. The instructions were not helpful at all. The way it shows on the picture is not how ours was setup. The only or best way to put it together is to have the picture near by.</span>
