All the plastic railing pieces were very hard to screw into bc the screw heads were all flat and needed to be pointed. The stairway doesn't mount which was odd, just kind of floats. It took my husband and I a little over an hour to put together.</span>

The only issue I have is the 3D instructions do not label the screws in each step. That isn't the case with this house. It is VERY sturdy, and the furniture is actual WOOD. Not particle board, not pressed junk, WOOD. The details are amazing too. From the canopy bed with mattress, cloth canopy, and lace tie-backs, to the wood refridgerator that actually opens and has freezer and fridge compartments, this dollhouse is sure to please. The dollhouse even comes with a CAKE to place on the table. The perfect touch for a birthday present. My daughter is over the moon. I wish I had one like this when I was little.</span>
