Winning feels much to easy in the game and is just not that enticing after about 15 minutes. It is a game that I would pull out every month bang on it with someone for about 10 minutes and the forget about for another month. You roll the dice that has k and o and then try to block your opponent from knocking your robots head off. My kids and I spent hours playing and the game was super easy to put together. The game is not hard to get the hang of so my 4, 6, and 9 year old all were able to participate. An excellent twist and spin from the original Rock'em Sock'em game. My family and I Knocker'ed Em and Blocker'ed Em for countless hours on several occasions and absolutely had a blast!!!! It's great for holding the interests of youngster's and adults alike. Everyone who played fell in love. I would definitely recommend this game to my friend's and family with out a doubt!! The construction of the game was very study and built for lots of long lasting fun to come. It's really very easy to put together as well as take back down for storage. I love that it creates great hand/ eye coordination. Re - action time is tested and is a must. Even the rules are fun!!! I would give this game an A+. Absolutely a great idea!!!! Love that the dice tells you what button to strike. Sometimes you make several rolls of the dice without making a strike or block- its fun to see the kids anticipation build. Over all toy is a nice size for easy storing and if you wanted to travel with it. Its nice that the heads come attached to a string otherwise you would spend time searching for a head that flew off. Occasionally my boys had to search for a dice because that went flying off the table in their excitement. The Red side robot buttons worked well and and were easy to press for my 9 year old. Unfortunately, the Blue side was hard to press, even for an adult. The concept of the game was fun, sadly the mechanisms of the toy made it difficult to play. Aside from this, the packaging dates the toy, making it less appealing at first. When I opened the package and learned that there was dice included, it peaked my interest. I looked at the paper and realized that I would be confusing for younger kids to grasp. There are rules that have to be remembered when playing. It's left up to the imagination for how both players would start in a fair way. There's no timer so we just counted down from 3. After about 5 minutes we just gave up using the dice and played on our own rules, which was basically counting down. They have been playing it with the dice, but also making up other games with them. They both highly approve. The only small criticism I can see with this toy is that the hit arm is spring loaded and the block arm is not. Therefore the block button is slightly harder to push, giving the blocker a disadvantage. But this in no way takes away from the fun they are having.
