After adding batteries, charging it and syncing the remote, it doesn't work. The drone won't fly. There are no trouble shooting directions in the pamphlet so I don't know what, if anything, we're doing wrong and why it won't lift off the ground. I did everything exactly as directions said to do. Other than that, it looks like it would be a nice drone.</span>

Multiple failed attempts and frustration to the point neither of them wanted to play with it. I thought maybe they just needed practice, but a month later and they still have an extremely hard time. Its also not as sturdy as expected, one of my kids bumped it into the house and it dented the side of the drone. Unfortunately we were all very disappointed with this one.</span>

The packaging was great, it came with remote and wire to charge. The drone itself was durable. It was kind of hard to get it to fly the directions we wanted it to go. There is a button that can do flips, and that was fun. We had to keep landing because it drifted off in the wrong direction. The battery took a few hours to fully recharge, and the playtime was less than 10 minutes, didn't have enough time to fully enjoy it, and it died out. Overall, it can be better if the battery lasted longer and more stability.</span>
