<span itemprop="description">As other reviews state the directions are not good. Very challenging to get started but once the basic square is put together it's easier. I'm a 60 yr old lady and put it together myself. Used the tower to support the swing beam completion. Took a few days. The wood is very soft and easily splits and cracks. Received the main swing beam cracked all the way down the beam and through the other side in some areas. Company replaced with new one. It is a smaller size swingset but my 4.5 yr old grandson loves it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We’ve had this for a couple weeks now. My initial thought was how frustrating it was to build. It took my husband and I 14 hours. The directions were pretty straight forward but figuring out the orientation of everything in real life was hard. We had to unscrew and rescrew a few times and it still came out not quite level. The ropes are super tight when you get them and that’s kind of what cause it to be a little off set. It’s not for anyone 6 and older I’d say because when climbing up my daughters always hit their head on the top bar. But besides those things we love it. It’s quality and hopefully will offer years of entertainment.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Overall is an OK playset. The building process was rough at first but got the hang of it after a few failed tries. I was expecting a few hardware to be missing but it was missing more than expected. A whole set of screws were missing along with a few other things like a wooden plank, so plan a trip to your nearest hardware store! Also it cracked easily when inserting some screws in so beware!
It did took 8 hours to complete between 2 people</span>

<span itemprop="description">This play set is amazing! It arrived with no issues on a small pallet delivered straight to my house. My husband worked on the assembly for a couple hours after work for 3 days and it ended up taking him about 8 or 10 hours in total (sometimes with my help and sometimes without). It was definitely a lot of work but 100% WORTH IT! The small hardware packs were initially hard to find in the boxes so we almost went to buy screws and things but then we found everything. I didn’t see printed instructions included but found them easily on their website - I recommend watching the tutorial and printing a paper copy of the instructions to keep next to you while assembling! Once we had everything, it was pretty easy to follow along. My oldest (6) loves using the ropes to climb up the wall then race down the slide and my middle (3) loves the swing set and is comfortable doing all the activities by herself - she especially loves the little hang out area at the bottom. Overall this is an awesome play set that give my kids tons to do and doesn’t take up too much space in my yard, which is great for me! Definitely recommend!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Smaller set is good for smaller kids (2-5). Wood pieces are a bit less substantial than anticipated but good enough. No printed instructions are included (not cool), but there's an app (BILT) you can download that is great for step-by-step instructions on your phone. Be wary about printing the instructions from the Little Tikes site: they're formatted/paged terribly (as though you were going to bind them in a book). Not a one-person job. Lots of parts. End result is great but Little Tikes could make it a little easier on the builder.</span>

<span itemprop="description">8 hour build time is understandable with the lack of instruction for the tower corners. The detailing is lacking in directional awareness for the tower leg #220001and the inserting of nuts #N02. If you can get those right on the first try then it will be easy going for the rest. The kids absolutely love it!! Even the older crowd!! But it is definitely more for the younger crowd. Our almost 2 year old LOVES it! I recommend downloading the BILT app and familiarize yourself with the build.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I really like the size of the play set and that upper level is not super high off the ground. I hired a handyman to put it together and it took him 6 hours by himself! My 3 year old twins boys love it and it has everything they need. My only criticism is that I think the swings are too close together. Most kids like to twist the swing and let it unravel and the swings are so close together that there has been some minor collisions. Or even if the swing is swinging a little off center it’s possible it could knock into the other person on the swing. Otherwise the quality of the product and the amount of fun it is providing are great!</span>

<span itemprop="description">The good part of this product is my son loves to play on it. Swings, slides, ropes to climb on, there is a lot to play with. The bad is the quality. I know it is a low price point, but I would expect a lot more out of a brand named product. The product arrived without instructions. That is not a big deal since most everything has instructions posted online. However, the instructions were designed to be given in a printed booklet. They were not reformatted to be viewed online. This meant scrolling up, down, then up, then down again. They are legible, but one of the poorest instructions I've come across. The fasteners were poorly made, some were missing threads, some were too short to securely support structural pieces my child will climb on. The wood is of the poorest quality. It is listed as "Chinese cedar" which is not in anyway related to cedar species used in quality outdoor furniture or playsets. It is also known as chinese toon or red toon. Many boards were cracked and required gluing or cracked even though they are predrilled. The main beam also arrived cracked in several places. It isn't bad enough that a toddler swinging on it will cause issues in the first year, but I will be replacing the beam soon. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone. Pay the extra money for a set of better quality.</span>
