The set up and concept are simple enough that my young kids can set it up and play without needing any assistance from me. We played the game at family gatherings and the adults have just as much fun as the kids. BUT it is a really great game for kids, it is pretty surprising when the shark pops up, which makes it hilarious! The spring on the &lsquo;bite&rsquo; is not super strong so even if a little one&rsquo;s fingers did somehow get in there it wouldn&rsquo;t actually hurt. Hopefully once my daughter is older we can give this game another go because it is pretty funny!we had lots of fun playing it and had lots laughs ! Shark was randomly closing when kids were going fishing, but it now stays wide open most of times even when kids catch the last fish. Kids had a lot of fun playing with it but stopped because it does not do what it is supposed to do.
