At first I was nervous about the clasp on top not closing or being cumbersome to open. However, it works amazing! The jungle gym net keeps all the loose parts in one location so when she opens it, the pieces do not scatter all over the floor. She loves that she can play with it in one room and then wear it to the next. She told me that her favorite part is all the bright colors it contains - 'the bright colors make me happy.'</span>

I’ll start out with the things I didn’t like about it first. It’s hard to open the case even for me and it’s a little heavy as a purse for a child. I was also worried since the pieces were so tiny that they would easily get lost (but that hasn’t been the case so far). I also thought the little tiny girls that came with it wouldn’t hold up since they seemed flimsy and thought one of their legs would be easily pulled off, but they are pretty stretchy. It came with a set of stickers and my daughter liked the idea that she gets to put them on and then decorate it . And overall she absolutely loves this thing and has brought it everywhere and it has entertained her and my son for hours playing with it. I was surprised my son liked playing with it too but he would constantly ask his sister if he could have one of the people and the skateboard and they actually played well together with this. The feet On the tiny people stick to certain parts of the playground to make them stand up and also to the scooter and skateboard. So that makes it easy to pretend play. I was thinking they would have to hold them up but that wasn’t the case. Therefore, I give Polly pocket five stars of fun for any kid!</span>

She is about to turn 6 and is obsessed with all things tiny. When she opened the box and saw there was a polly pocket inside she had the biggest smile and couldnt wait to go play. i love watching her use her imagination to come up with little stories about what the figures are doing. Also a bonus is that this comes with more than 1 figure like some of the other polly pockets do so sometimes she lets her twin brother join in. This polly pocket compact is adorable and colorful and we will definitely be buying this as gift for her friends birthdays.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Parent Thoughts--I received the Polly Pocket Rainbow purse to review. My daughter is 5 and although she does not put things in her mouth the pieces are tiny and easily lost, especially given the idea of this toy is for on the go. I really loved the idea of being able to bring this compact and easily toted by my child toy along to my sons sporting events to help entertain the little one it ended up not being practical. Along with the tiny pieces she was easily frustrated by the purse back not staying up while playing. We have to place something behind the back to keep it up. I love that the people stick to the set and Polly stickers are great. A really cute idea.
Kid thoughts-- I really like it! Has lots of things to play with. She really likes that she can carry the purse along to a restaurant and have something to play with. The little people keep her engaged.
Overall I think the product is worth purchasing with parental supervision of the small pieces. Seems easy enough to purchase additional sets to add on and replace lost pieces.</span>
