She had trouble figuring how to properly unbox it with the cardboard cut-out on the zipper she didn't see it right away and wanted to just rip the package open. Not a deal breaker as it didn't take away from the toy itself. She loved that the whole mystery package got put into the water and completely dissolved leaving the accessories behind. It left a slimy residue behind but that sunk and did not stick to the items at all. She commented how this is a much larger polly pocket than usual but she loves the size and how each outfit came with matching shoes and accessories. We received it way before we expected it to arrive also. It brings back so many memories from my child hood and is mixed in with the new age surprise theme of unwrapping and finding the doll and accessories that go with her. It's very cute and detailed with it's storage/dressing room area and party/music area. The storage/carrying case is a cute and retro looking boom box. It comes with a lot of fun accessories. The packaging for it is even cute! The box has a zipper part you pull to open it up which I thought was so fun! It comes with surprise outfits/accessories you put in water to dissolve the packaging so you can see what they are. I thought that was kind of messy. You can just open the little packages without putting them in water so that&rsquo;s what I would do in the future. I also love that it is in a cute case that you can store the doll and all of the accessories. The accessories are small so they may get lost easily but we haven&rsquo;t had that issue. One of the little straps on one of the dresses broke one of the first times we put it on the doll but the dress still works. I&rsquo;m just hoping nothing else gets broken. The accessories are small but really cute and should be ok for little hands. The packaging was pretty interesting, having to submerge it in water to reveal what's inside, my kid thought that it was pretty interesting, kind of slimy for the grownups having to help out. I like that the doll can also be used as a keychain so you can take it along, the set is also travel friendly since it folds up, everything fits neatly inside. She set up a dj scenario for about 5 minutes then was done. She made a comment that it is a very cool storage case for Polly&rsquo;s clothes. The other bummer part was the bear dj costume doesn&rsquo;t quite fit right on her, when she tried to raise her hands like she was a dj it covers the bottom of her face. I gave it to my 8 year old niece and she was so excited! Not only is the playset so fun for imaginative play but opening it is just as much fun! The packaging is so well done. There are little bags inside that she loved ripping open. Then there were dissolving bags to find the outfits was so exciting to open. The playset has so many different playing options which we both loved. As a mom I LOVED that it is also a storage/carrying case. That way nothing is lost! But when it&rsquo;s opened, there isn&rsquo;t much to do with it. It has a couple shelves to put the little accessories, but other than that there isn&rsquo;t much else to do with it. It should have came with another doll or pet in my opinion. It didn&rsquo;t hold my child&rsquo;s attention very long. The only thing they enjoyed about it was dipping the blind bags in water to see what it revealed. The parts are so small that I think it would be easily lost.
