The gumball design is just the cutest and all the details to the different moving parts inside like the spinning tea cups and see-saw are adorable. The gingerbread cookie designed extra pieces are a nice little touch, especially if you plan on giving this as a gift for the holidays. The case is easy to close with everything in it and it makes it fun and easy to travel with. Very well made and sturdy. My 5 year old loves to bring it on car rides with her so she can show it off wherever we end up. It also keeps her very busy when we are out and need to focus. The outside has confetti in the machine to look just like an actual gumball machine. Super cute! Comes with several accessories that you can swap around the compact to make it more of a personalized touch. The kitchen has an oven and refrigerator that can fit t the little candies inside to make it more interactive. The teacups can be placed on the little spinner and reminds us of the teacup ride at disney! The table has the option to swap out little table toppers as well. The dolls also come with a skirt that can be taken off. This is probably our favorite feature of polly pocket. Being an old school, original Polly Pocket fan, I was SO excited for my daughter to get this set. Nostalgia is a big part of the draw for these. As a mom who grew up in the 80s, getting to play with Polly Pockets again with my 7 year old was so much fun. The quality is on par with what I remember, but the dolls are slightly different looking. The little accessories added to the ability to roleplay with the Gumball Compact. When closed, the compact has a little wrist strap for carrying it on the go and is filled with little glittery gumball confetti that moves around when you shake it. I like that it looks like a gumball machine on the outside with moving, shinny gumballs. The inside is very colorful and had a house on one side and a playground on the other. The toy comes with lots of exciting accessories for Polly to decorate her house and play on the playground. My daughters were very excited to get this toy and immediately ripped into the package to get it out! I'm glad to see that all the pieces can fit into the case and close for easy storage. That has been an annoying issue in the past. The sparkles on the front of the gumball machine looked like gumballs and made her so excited. There were so many accessories such as a tea set, the fridge, oven, items to decorate the house with, spinning tea cups, and a seesaw. This allowed so many different ways to play. I loved the fact there were pegs to place Polly on (instead of the sticky stuff). The older sets have the stick on and sometimes they do not work as well. Polly even had a change of clothes, which was was a really nice touch.
