It took approximately 30 minutes to snap everything in place and add the decals. My son loves playing with the mystery machine; it glides smoothly across the floor. The details are amazing as there are even Scooby snacks! It was very easy to build with my son. It turned out to be an amazing toy. Very sturdy and durable once build. He is 5 years old and was so excited that it comes with figurines. The best part was how easy it was, the directions were pretty simple and a lot of fun for both of us. It came with 72 pieces which was great, it didn't take but 20 minutes to put together. I'll be getting more kits to complete my set. It came in pieces and they loved putting it together. It also came with people and with other little things. They liked this toy so much that they said they want the other parts.
