He can just open and set up and start playing. When he's done he breaks everything down and packs it all up and he's ready to go. Con: Inside storage cabinets don't stay still. So you'll have to constantly set it all up every time. Same goes with bunk beds.</span>

Some of the pieces don't stay snapped into their designated spot. So my son was a little frustrated that the antenna kept popping off and the phone kept falling off the hook. It's so well made, and so detailed, which means there are lots of pieces, which is something I sometimes dislike....but that's the cool thing about these, I guess. THE DETAILS! I highly recommend this toy -- and pretty much ALL Playmobil toys. Only wish they were more gender neutral and they would include female cops/firefighters, male teachers and so on...</span>

He loves all the little characters & we set up little towns and play with all of them at once. They work at the fire department & they go camping on the weekends. It is one of the few products that actually has little boy characters. Things that a little boy likes to play with like police men & fire men and a camper and all the little characters like a little boy riding the bike or a skateboard.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It is too time consuming to convert this to a carry case. It is too difficult even for tiny fingers to get inside and play in it. The axe, once installed cannot come back out. I also purchased the fire truck that goes with it. You have to disassemble it to put the firemen in or get them out. All in all, I was disappointed for this being part of the Lego brand which is my fave.</span>
