I noticed while washing the bottles and nipples where the vent was on the nipple and that there is a very small notch in the top of the ring and once I aligned those they stopped collapsing. I figured why not try it out. I couldn’t believe how simple it was to put together and use. There was a little leaking, but once we figured out the placement of the nipple it worked well. Cleaning is probably one of the more consuming parts of a newborn and this bottle made it so easy to take apart and clean. The bottles are an investment, but they're so worth it. They don't have 5 or 6 pieces to keep up with and wash so they're easy to maintain and they fit the pumping attachment for my Spectra 2 breastpump so I don't have to worry about purchasing extra containers for pumping and avoid the hassle of transferring milk from one container to another. I can pump, put the bottles in the fridge, and it's ready to warm when my baby is hungry. These bottles are so good!</span>

Hello! Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle SCF013/37 comes with a Slow flow nipple recommended for babies 1+ months old. No, the nipple cannot be changed since it will already come in a package.
