My hand doesn't get tired, and the flange is suuuper comfortable- no nipple pain, as compared to the Medela harmony. It continues to express milk for a few seconds when the handle is down, so you don't have to squeeze as much. Easy to (dis)assemble and clean. I can't say enough positive things- if I have to pump, I'm glad I have this one. I only pump once or twice a day to add to the freezer stash and keep my little guy used to a bottle, just in case. Stayed home and breastfed ~ 18 months. Had to use pump a lot 1st week (NICU), then only occasional/moderate use for spare milk/daddy feedings. Suction cup is nice and comfortable, flow is good. All pieces relatively easy to clean (recommend small brush tool though). Manual motion was hard/painful after a while though (e.g during intense use for NICU).
