<span itemprop="description">For me this pump was one of the best investments I've made since having my daughter 6 weeks ago. I received an Ameda Purely Yours double electric pump through my insurance and really struggled... the flanges are stiff and didn't fit my nipples well and I want getting great results... maybe 3oz in a 20 minutes session before I couldn't take it anymore. Not to mention it's loud and inconvenient for pumping at night. I got this with the intention of only using it at night for convenience and so as not to wake up my LO - I now use it exclusively and continue to love it! The flange is soft and easy on my entire nipple and I can get 4 - 5oz in about 10 minutes from 1 breast!!! I was worried my hands wold get tired, but I haven't experienced this so far. I think the key is that i can mimic "suckling" so much better than an electric machine. I use this thing everywhere - the barn, work, restaurants, the car. I love that I can pump right into a bottle. It's easy to clean and reassemble. It does occasionally squeak, but not obnoxiously and I notice I don't have this issue if I let it thoroughly dry. I'm actually going to go get a second one so I always have a clean one. The only default is that sometimes if I don't have all the rubber sealed I'll get milk in the suction cup and I won't have as good of suction, but thats handler error.</span>

The new design bottles are better than the old ones but couldn't get my baby to accept them on first trials. I had to use Tommie Tippee bottles first to get my baby used to drinking out of a bottle before I was able to use your bottles. After that it was absolutely fine.</span>

C'était un parie osé cet achat car les commentaires n'était pas toujours élogieux et pourtant.. je suis d'ailleurs en train de l'utiliser en même temps actuellement et j'ai réussi à tirer 100ml en 10 min.. j'en reviens pas de l'efficacité et la rapidité de ce produit surtout pour un manuel!
Je n'ai mis que 4etoiles en performance car au bout de 10min je dois commencer à faire des pauses un peu car le lait commence à avoir plus de peine à sortir MAIS je ne sais pas si c'est à cause du tire lait ou si le sein fatigue.. à voir par la suite MAIS il est genial! Tout petit, facile à transporter, très facile à démonter/remonter et d'utilisation! Je recommande à toute les mamans qui ont besoin de tirer leur lait de temps en temps :)!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Since we had our child we have tried two other brands of manual breast pumps, and this one trumps them all. It is easy to use, and more importantly creates a good seal around the breast in order for the milk not to leak out during pumping. While not as good as an electric pump, this pump has been the least strenuous pump we have used.</span>

With my previous 2 babies the one I always used the most was the old avent one. This is the newer version and I can honestly say I've never been able to pump as much milk as I can with this one... Literally within 5 minutes I had filled a 4oz bottle and could go on for more. I love how it's small, discreet and extremely comfortable and very easy to wash. I actually prefer manual pumps to electric as you can control the pumping action and when let down occurs you can go slower to get the most milk out as possible.
Hand on my heart this is now my go to pump and if In a rush I can usually pump enough milk for 1 feed fairly quickly.
The pump itself is easy to put together and clean. No small fiddly parts and most importantly it's comfortable and really works.
I will 100% be reccommend this to all my breastfeeding mummy friends.</span>

I had given up on breastpumps but ths changed my mind and made my routine of collecting expressed milk far easir. Before I was hand expressing whilst trying to prop my baby up the other side and hold a bottle. I was honestly shocked at the gentle realistic grip of the pump. Other brands and models have hurt me in the past and not got much milk out either. There is only one problem that the storage pump and pots begin to leak somewhere from the side when tilted after about 5 ounces are expressed so if you fill the pot to capacity you must stay dead straight which is not very comfortable. I also get a lot of milk so think the storage pots should also come in larger sizes. I did love the design of the pots and adaptor. I would highly recommend the pump as it does get milk more quickly and effectively than any other method I have tried before.</span>

I was pleasantly surprised. The Philips Avent manual breast pump is comfortable, fast and effective. It gave the same amount of milk that my electric pump did, though without the noise of the electric motor- whilst taking a little longer. It did take me a little while to work the pump properly, though if I'd read the instructions properly I would have done! The other good thing about the manual pump was that I didn't need to bring all of the paraphernalia with me everytime I left the house. The one downside was that when used too often my hand and wrist got a little sore, but when only used once or twice a day, this wasn't an issue. All in all, I really couldn't rate this product highly enough.</span>

When the pump arrived I was shocked to feel lightweight the product was, it was incredibly easy to assemble and re-assemble for washing and sterilizing.
I'd been let down previously with a different breast pump as it lost suction after only a couple of days so I was a little anxious getting this, but I've been pleasantly surprised with this pump, its very comfortable when using, obviously as a manual pump it does ache your arm after 20 mins or so but it does the job wonderfully.
As a working mum I needed something compact, light and easy to use... Which is exactly what I got! I'd defiantly recommend this to any mum or mum to be who's wanting an efficient, affordable and easy to use breast pump. ... Happy pumping.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously had an electric breast pump I knew the pros and cons to using one. One of my issues with the electric one is that it gets a little noisey and I did feel at time like I was cow being milked.
I wanted to try a hand held pump as with my first born I found hand expressing easy and quick. The Avent manual breast pump comes with everything you need including the attachments to allow you to breastfeed straight into a bottle for on the go feeding or into a avent storage pot (available separately) for fridge or freezer storage.
The hand pump is really easy to use and easy to set up following the instructions.
It's a lot quieter than the electric pump I was used to which helps having a newborn and toddler. It's also great for discreet expressing especially at night when I would get more milk. It's also very portable if you wish to take it out.
It's very easy to clean it all comes to bits and fits into my steriliser.
I love how easy and adaptable this pump is with the Avent bottles and storage cups.</span>

<span itemprop="name">Great easy to use breast pump</span>
<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously had an electric breast pump I knew the pros and cons to using one. One of my issues with the electric one is that it gets a little noisey and I did feel at time like I was cow being milked.
I wanted to try a hand held pump as with my first born I found hand expressing easy and quick. The Avent manual breast pump comes with everything you need including the attachments to allow you to breastfeed straight into a bottle for on the go feeding or into a avent storage pot (available separately) for fridge or freezer storage.
The hand pump is really easy to use and easy to set up following the instructions.
It's a lot quieter than the electric pump I was used to which helps having a newborn and toddler. It's also great for discreet expressing especially at night when I would get more milk. It's also very portable if you wish to take it out.
It's very easy to clean it all comes to bits and fits into my steriliser.
I love how easy and adaptable this pump is with the Avent bottles and storage cups.</span>

<span itemprop="description">First off I never ever write reviews but I'm so happy I found this that I wanted to share my story. My Evenflo electric pump (that I didn't mind) died after using it for 2 weeks. It's apparently a common problem and I decided I wasn't going to waste more money on another and move on to something else. After reading reviews and speaking to a lactation consultant I went for the Ameda purely yours ultra to find that I couldn't stand it. After using the Evenflo with its portability and was easy to use I found that the Ameda was such a disappointment. It was a pain to use with the tubing, made my nipples very sore and took forever (almost 30 minutes to get 4 oz and ain't nobody got time for that). So I decided I was going to go a different route and get a manual pump. Back to the internet I go and read reviews on pumps. Honestly, I was set to purchase the lansinoh manual pump but I saw this one sitting on the shelf and didn't recall reading reviews on it so while standing in the store, I pulled out my phone and read great reviews so I decided to go for it. I'm so happy with this pump! It's extremely comfortable, easy to clean, easy to use and I love that it took me about 10 minutes to get 4 ounces. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a pump!</span>

<span itemprop="description">J'utilisais déjà ce tire lait il y a 6 ans pour ma première fille et il est vraiment génial ! Simple à utiliser, doux pour les seins, il m'a suivi partout et surtout au travail, ce qui m'a permis de poursuivre l'allaitement jusqu'à ce que mon bébé ait un an.
Pour mon deuxième enfant aujourd'hui âgé de 4 mois 1/2, il m'a paru naturel de racheter ce tire-lait qui pour moi était un gage de qualité et de fiabilité. Je reprends le travail dans 2 jours et je sais qu'il sera mon compagnon d'allaitement pour de longs mois !</span>

<span itemprop="description">This product did not fit comfortably and there are no larger sizes. I called the company and they do not have a return policy. This item is not cheap and should have just gone with the Medela hand pump that I had in the past. I figured that since it said comfortable I would like it, but it's not comfortable if it does not fit!!!! Why does the company assume that women all all one size???? My suggestion is to go with a pump that offers different sizes because depending on how long you pump, you may need to go up or down a size throughout the time you pump. This pump caused me pain since it does not fit well. It also squeaks loud when you pump. If you are trying to be discrete, this is the wrong pump</span>
