It comes with a lot of doctor supplies. The bandage fits on my 3vyear Olds wrist well. I do wish the medicine bottle opened. He was excited to get this doctor set and has been playing doctor, dentist, and pretending to be a vet with our pets. The case and included accessories are durable and well made. The case is a little tricky to close but he's able to do it himself. The stethoscope and mirror tool are his favorite accessories.
