We love it for the fact that's it's so easy to adjust, install and clean. My son sits a little higher them most other car seats so he is able to see out the window. Its not hard to setup but it might require 2 people to strap in right; solid and stable. My only complaint is the cloth; its easy to wash thankfully but its hard to remove completely which I've had to do many times with my child upchucking all over the seat. She is now 1.6 years old and still using this seat. I had a big boy and he required a big car seat quicker than most. Although Peg Perego states that the 5/65 can accommodate a 5lb infant, I would not put an infant less than 15 lbs into the 5/65 as it does not offer as much side padding as the 30/30. I would stick with the 30/30 for infants. We have a 5/65 in my mother's Honda Fit, we have one in my mother in-law's van and one in our own SUV. It is a tight fit in the Honda Fit, but it does not require much manoeuvring to get it in and out. My mother is 5'3&quot; and states that she has difficulties doing shoulder checks to her right and has to sit on a pillow now. This is likely an issue with all the slightly wider convertible car seats. The shoulder padding allows my daughter to nap without her head fall too far to either side. The 5 point harness is easy to tighten and loosen. One reason we purchased the 5/65 is that it allows for the child to remain rear facing up to 45 lbs which is longer than most other convertible seats. Thankfully we have not had to test the main reason we purchased the 5/65, it has one of the highest rated safety standards and is manufactured in Italy.
