After paying $90 for the delivery, I was informed by the third party company that the delivery is curbside. I ordered the crib on the Babies R Us website and I think its very inconsiderate of you to sell large furniture falsely advertising &laquo;&nbsp;Home Delivery&nbsp;&raquo;. I am alone and was 6 months pregnant at the time of delivery, and live on the second floor. Very disappointed to say the least. She likes to slam her arms and stomp her feet in sleep. When she does these, the old crib made a lot of noise, and she wakes up often because of this. The new crib is not only beautiful as in the pictures, but it&rsquo;s also very well made. Note how there&rsquo;s two &rdquo;pillars&rdquo; for each of the four legs. My baby now stomps but the bed doesn&rsquo;t make any noise! Perhaps a little better sleep for everyone because of this. The paint has some very slight uneveness, hence the &ldquo;vintage white&rdquo;, adding a bit of texture to an otherwise sterile color. The material seems all made from solid wood as in the descriptions. Because of this, there&rsquo;s quite a bit of weight to it and does require two people to move and assemble, although it took only about an hour, and the instruction included was easy to follow. It&rsquo;s a shame the conversion kit has been sold out. We are hoping it would work with an universal kit in the future since the headboard is so beautiful.
