We had purchased a less expensive camera that would not capture all of the crib when our son was sleeping. Our son foot was getting trapped in the rails of the crib at night. Thankfully with quick application launching and notification we able to catch it and same him for injruy. The support team which helped us with setup was extremely professional and made the whole process extremely ease. Additionally, they were paramount in easing our concerns and providing peace of mind.

<span itemprop="description">We are almost three weeks in to using it and I definitely recommend this product. My brother recommended it to me, and being notified of movement and sound has been really beneficial! I'll even watch it live as I'm in the garage working on something. Knowing other data like temp is also helpful especially since our nursery seems to always be a little colder than the rest of the house. We are able to easily monitor that and adjust accordingly.
There have been a few instances where no one is in the nursery and we'll get notified of movement. Looking at the live feed it seems as though it's when it transitions from day to night on the camera. Either way, I'd rather be notified for that than under notified.
Oh and setup was very easy and went smoothly.

With all the data that both things combined show it gives you piece of mind at night.. the only two things I would recommend to improve would be that the live feed of the camera has like a 2-4 seconds delay and the history doesn’t give details about the time when an event happened, it only shows you true session start time and the end. Over all great! 4.5/5 just to give you guys room to improve ;)</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this product very early on during the pregnancy as we were both excited and anxious to take care of the baby on our own. We tried it immediately after we took the baby home. It takes some adjustment, but when you get it, it works great. Mostly, I use it for the night, and it really eases some of the anxieties we have during the night by monitoring the baby's heart rate whenever we want. The app is easy to use. But one thing that can be improved for the app is the speed of receiving data from the base. It always takes a few seconds to get the real-time data in the app, which can be frustrating sometimes. Not sure if it is the problem of our wifi.

We purchased this monitor for our newborn and it has given us the peace of mind needed knowing that he is sleeping safely. The alarm on the sock as well as the base are a nice touch to let us know if he needs to be checked on immediately. The app gives pretty specific details and reports on how they are sleeping. We definitely recommend this product. We were happy to learn that they have added socks in different sizes that grow with your baby through toddler years! We were disappointed that the pulse oximiter is no longer a feature, however.</span>

I purchased the Owlet camera and sock because everyone I knew that had babies said it was the best thing out there to have peace of mind. They all said the same thing that it was worth every penny. My wife and I decided to make the purchase, Once our daughter was born we were eager to put the sock on. The sock was easy to set up as well as the base. It connected easily to my WiFi and it was ready to go. I won't lie I tested it prior to putting it on my daughter. The device immediately alerted me on my phone and the alarm went off. I was satisfied completely at this point.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased a camera and a sock about 2 years ago for my son. It worked perfect at the beginning. About 5 months after using it, the connectivity just wasn't as reliable. Our wifi isn't the problem. The camera disconnects constantly. It will still alert us of sounds so I assume it is working, but when I open the app to check the camera, the video never loads and it says "disconnected." I constantly have to reset and repair the camera. For the amount of money I spent on this, I expected it to work better. We have a second child on the way and I'm not very confident that I would buy another Owlet camera.</span>

I absolutely love my Owlet camera! It let's me know if the room is too cold or too hot, allows me to see and hear my baby when I am not in the room, allows me to speak to my baby through the camera, keeps track of the noise level, and also let's me know the humidity in the room. I seriously love it so much! I think every parent needs one. I wish this had been an option with my first child. The app also provides sleep tips and helpful information about your baby at their specific age! I am sure there is something I am forgetting, but it is great!</span>

It’s also nice to be able to see the sock data and monitor the baby in the app at the same time. We are about to welcome our second baby so we bought another camera so we can use the same app as well. I’ve never had any other baby cameras but it was our first choice for baby #2 since we’ve never had any major issues and already knew we liked the camera and the app. The only small issues we’ve ever had were Wi-Fi connection related but we’ve been able to figure it out.

We got the smart sock and the cam. This is a beautiful product that is easy to use and gave my wife that extra peace of mind of mind we needed when constantly worrying about our new born. The convenience of simply checking your phone to see your babies vitals was invaluable. The cam was far superior to previous options we had tried and again having everything accessible on your phone is key. We love this company BUT:
CON: frustratingly, the sock sensor stopped charging in under a year and no longer worked. For the money that is pretty unexceptable. Also the power cord for the camera stopped working I. Under a year.
We were sent a new power cord and that stopped working within 2 months.
I am buying the new sock for our new child and hoping the faults of previous version have been fixed because there is really no second choice to these products. Fingers crossed.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought the monitor sock, which is great even if it's just for reassurance. Since we enjoyed that product we thought we would add the camera for when our son started sleeping in his crib. The app is fully integrated with the sock, and you can see it all in one place...great, right?
The problem is, either the camera won't connect to the app, or the app is straight up garbage. The camera won't show up on the app, or what's worse, it will cut out and crash the app, or my favorite, the video will freeze and audio will cut out. You're half asleep, and look over at the monitor, which shows your baby sleeping peacefully, until you hear them screaming from the next room.
We ended up buying a Wyze (or litterally anything other than Owlett) and scrapped the Owlett cam. This is the absolute biggest waste of money. I paid over $300 for the purest frustration.</span>

We have had zero issues with this product it has been great! We love getting the notifications on our phone when we are busy doing things around house. I wish The camera was compatible with alexa or google so that we could stream the camera from the products. Will be buying more products</span>

<span itemprop="description">We had a junky old video camera for our first kid that had a hand held monitor that we had to charge all the time and always lost. It was a nightmare. We knew we needed something better and the Owlet Cam has been amazing. The picture is crystal clear, even at night. I can even see if my daughter is breathing because of the quality of the camera. I can access it from my phone even when I’m miles away and it always pulls right up. Love this camera. I always recommend it to my friends.

<span itemprop="description">We received the camera and sock prior to our soon being born and have been using the product almost 2 years later ! Sock gave us confidence that if anything happened during the night we would be made aware ASAP! The camera has been very helpful and reliable throughout the night and naps too. Being able to pull the camera up on the app to just make sure everything is okay is very easy and reliable! Fully recommend this product!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am happy with the purchase. The camera works well, has a very clear picture, and I like the features overall. One suggestion I would like to see changed would be to have the video history save either locally or on the cloud. In a perfect world, I would prefer the history to be on the cloud and at no additional cost even if it only shorter 3-5 day history. I would also even be okay if there was a small monthly fee depending for this depending on the length of history and size of the storage if it was on the cloud.
