It is sturdy and comes with many accessories. Cons: takes HOURS to assemble. Took myself and another person (who builds houses for a living) 3.5 hours with a lot of cursing and improvising. We had to drill extra holes and the manufacturer sent us two of the same floor pieces instead of 3 different ones. The instructions are clear and the house is so sturdy. It is very exciting to finally have a house to play both with the Our Generation dolls and the American doll collection. Because of all the details (ex. Open/close kitchen cupboards, sliding shower curtain, sounds from toilet) and realistic touches my 6 year old son loves playing with this house alongside my daughter. It encourages imaginative pretend play which is always a winner in my book. It comes with so many accessories and then you can add to it with all the accessories that come with the dolls (sold separately). Bottom line is there is plenty of room to grow with this dollhouse as each year they&rsquo;ll play a bit differently. If you are looking for a dollhouse I highly recommend going for it with the big one for 18-inch dolls. Everything was beautifully painted. It was also easy to assemble nothing heavy or hard to handle. The added noises for the toilet where a plus it really allows you to submerge yourself in the playtime mindset. I appreciate the fact that the furniture and accessories where included. And holly cow this is a big playset so make sure you have room. I have reviewed other dollhouses but so far this one takes the cake something about wood takes the cake over plastic. I made sure to mount it to the wall for extra safety but aside from that great product and would definitely recommend the only thing that i would change it the price maybe slightly lower, but aside from that great product i would recommend.
