Quality is the same as all other OG products, however the doors (back & internal cupboards) are fiddly & don’t stay open. Top cupboard door falls out of hinges every time it’s opened. Disappointing that the stretcher doesn’t fit in well. Pictures show a gurney bed (but available separately!) however it’s not listed on the website.</span>

Unfortunately I had not unboxed it and to our surprise, no stretcher or crutches, I should have read what was included better. Overall it is a very cool tool, husband is ems and even he was impressed at the accessories. I can't wait until we are able to find the other sets that go with this !</span>

Hi BenF. Please make sure that the switch to turn the toy On has been firmly switched to the Play position. The switch is found near the battery compartment inside the truck. You can download instructions on the Official OG website product page. The Battat Team
