After having fun with it for about over a week with my 2 year old, I would say that it is nice expensive looking reasonable musical toy but it cannot be used as keyboard for professional music learning. It is good enough to get your child being introduced to concept of notes and keys. Off putting fact for me was absence of any manual on how to explore &amp; play all combinations. Magic touch technology is totally remarkable and quite impressive. I like the look and feel of the keyboard. I like the sturdy wooden construction of this keyboard and the keyless design. It quickly wipes down and stows under the sofa. The handle makes it easy for my toddler to carry. My almost 1 year old loves playing with this and my toddler loves to play with her sibling or have several instruments around her and she plays all of them. We have a budding musician or two on our hands! The colored keys are responsive and there are two volume modes. The Notes &amp; Keys Magic Touch Keyboard is our son&rsquo;s favorite toy, the keyboard is durable and light for little ones that love carrying it around with them everywhere. The notes take the lightest touch with your finger to make all different kinds of sounds, other keyboards for kids are actual notes that you must push for a sound and for a one year old that is not always easy. First let me tell all you parents reading this that there is a on and off switch with volume control. Yay! There is three ways to play with just the keyboard, teaching mode which shows where to touch as a song plays-helps teach your child how to play the song by sound and visual memory, and animal and weird sound mode where you push a key and it makes a animal sound or a weird sound. The blue huge button will play songs and teach too. My kids love that they can chose from piano, xylophone, drums, and hip hop. The piano looks like it is only made with wood but it is plastic and light so don&rsquo;t allow that to be a detour from this amazing opportunity to show your kids the love of music. The first mode is only the traditional piano, drum set, xylophone, and hip hop.&nbsp; When you move to the middle choice it was only the piano no matter the choice of the circle you picked before starting to play.&nbsp; As for the third play option, it was just a bunch of silly sounds and animal noises.&nbsp; With each set of play the colors were vibrant and moved along with the keys.
