It isn't a convenient motion while in the process of battle but with only 2 shots it isn't the type of Nerf gun you go into a serious fire fight with either. It has some zip when shot that he was surprised about. His only complaint was that the handle to hold onto is a little too square and blocky. It&rsquo;s was easy to load them into the guns barrel and then you pull a little handle to cock the gun, the trigger is super easy to pull. My son loves how this Nerf Blaster was made to look just like the Minecraft Ender Dragon. This blaster might be small, but it is powerful and can shoot quite a distance. It comes with two matching purple and orange Nerf Elite Darts, but only shoots one dart at a time. One dart can be loaded into the dragon's mouth, while the other dart can be stored in the holder on top of the Ender Dragon's head. Once the dart is loaded in, you just pull down the priming handle and pull the trigger. The trigger is easy to pull and shoots instantly. I like these mini blasters because they are compact and can be easily carried around from place to place, and easily hidden during one of our Nerf battles. The darts are made of soft plastic and foam, so they do not hurt when you are hit. I recommend always wearing protective eye gear and not shooting at the head or face of your target. In my opinion, these Nerf guns are fun for all ages; even Grandma joins in on our battles. The mini size is perfect for the size of his hands and also fits my 3 year olds hands well. This comes with 2 nerf bullets (they're your standard size nerf bullets so if you have some extra those will work too. It holds one at a time and only shoots one at a time. I like how easy this one is. There is a handle you pull down and then squeeze the trigger. Most are too hard for my 3 year old to do which leaves him running to us everytime he needs to re load. His first comment when seeing it was &quot;cool!&quot; He really liked the design of it. It was easy to load and fire. I think his only complaint was he wanted more of the launchers. After you shoot the two included ones you have to run and gather them up. Five would be a better number, but I am sure we could buy a few at our local store.
