Charge into triple-dart action with the Nerf DinoSquad Tricera-blast blaster! It features an awesome dinosaur design, capturing the look of a Triceratops dinosaur. The blaster has break-open loading and a fun way to open it -- push the front horn on the dino's head and the barrel swings down to reveal the dart chamber inside. Load 3 darts and swing the barrel closed. Pull down the hammer to prime the blaster, then press the trigger to send 1 dart flying toward your target. It does require parental input to envisage safety as I do think their could be injury if fired too close to a child's face. Used under parental supervision or with appropriate goggles though a great, fun and exiting gift for any child. A step away from the computer of tv and they get some exercise in the process,(Without even being aware of it!), which is fantastic. On the whole a great item.</span>

We have a very long lounge which proved ideal as the force of which the darts shoot out. You would also need a big garden if using outdoors as you could well end up losing them.
My daughter played with it on and off for 3-4 days but she seemed to lose interest after that.</span>

The instructions were simple to follow, but one of the girls struggled to pull back the trigger set, the other managed no problem. Definitely would not be for younger children. Once loaded the girls absolutely loved it, the foam missiles are fired at quite a pace, but are very soft and lose all speed after about 4 metres, which was perfect for them playing with it indoors and out, as the missiles did not disappear never to be found. There is a great bang sound when you fire it, which got them very excited. It is really sturdy, great for clumsy children who will just throw it down when they have finished. Lovely bright colours and the dinosaur design and triceratops head as the barrel was a definite hit. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a fun, but safe missile propelling type gun/toy.</span>

We both thought the jaw loading, design style was cool and the shots are quite powerful for a children's toy so we had loads of fun playing with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was it would be great if it could load more than 3 darts in the barrel as my daughter liked lining up tins and trying to hit them so would have been handy to reload less. Otherwise we thought the packaging was catchy. Liked the colours and loved the design!! Great, fun toy!!</span>

She loves dinosaurs so the Triceratops design was perfect. She read the instructions easily and was using it in just a few minutes. The blaster is easy to use and shoots for a good 20m. The only negative is that the pull to reload the bullets is stiff but she still managed.</span>

From the moment it was unwrapped there were whoops of excitement and I heard the exclamation “it’s my favourite colours”. It was so easy to set up with onboard storage for the darts that the 3 year old actually enjoyed doing that part. Then it was over to the older sibling for serious play and play with it he did! He used the long hall as a range and set up different targets. The overall look of this product was particularly eye catching and it was easy to load and shoot. 5 stars from our family!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it arrived was packaged well,first thing it does catches your eye with the bright colours and shaped like a dinosaur.
Easy to unpack and set-up ready to use. I like how you load the gun as well very easy and a nice click into place. Pull the loader at back and away you go.
Me and my son who is Autistic so he views the toy in a different way but really enjoyed it. He loved the sound it made when firing and loved the feel of the gun and soft bullets.
He wanted me to set up things to shot and knock down so had objects lined up and he would pull the trigger while I was holding the toy.
Overall its a well made toy and easy to use and has all the warnings of what not to do etc.
Me and my son really enjoyed it setting up and reloading and hitting objects down. Will be used after this review for sure my son will get alot of enjoyment out of it.
Can see it being fun with afew friends down the park.
