It is a little on the heavy side so definitely would recommend for 3+. Over all this pony has lots of cool noises and songs, my daughter cant get enough of it. She loves horses, so whenever she saw this pony she was so happy. This toy requires batteries, because it does a couple of things (blows kisses, plays some sounds and moves the wings).
