My son loved the lab/test tube elements but he&rsquo;s favourite feature was the build up to the reveal and the fact that you can see the reveal happening before your very eyes. As a parent I thought the toy was strong, sturdy and with easy to follow instructions. My 6 year old son needed a bit of guidance with what to do and help opening some of the parts which wasn&rsquo;t an issue but something to note. My son is a big Mr Beast fan which really sealed the deal for him and made him want it all the more! He couldn&rsquo;t wait to reveal the Panther figure. Not one to read instructions he rushed straight in, but luckily it was quite obvious how the reveal worked. He had to press the fingerprint pad a few times to actually activate the reveal but it was all worth it in the end! The actual panther figure is very good quality and will stand up to a lot of play. I know the container can be used to house the figure afterwards but in reality, it&rsquo;s quite bulky and probably will be disposed of. This is my only negative point really, it does feel like a bit of a waste. But my child loved it and I can imagine he will ask to collect the other figures in the range too. The process of revealing the panther inside was fun for them, getting to watch the blue disappear and reveal which one they received. The packaging is very durable, although once you get the panther out the actual chamber won&rsquo;t be used again (not by my boys who won&rsquo;t store the panther back in there, he&rsquo;ll be hanging out with all their other action figures in the toy storage bin) so it&rsquo;s a bit of a waste of plastic. They already had seen it on a commercial. It was pretty easy to work, although I had a hard time opening the liquid tube. They kept shouting &ldquo;reveal the beast &ldquo;super excited for the whole process, which unfortunately only lasts about three minutes. Afterwards you take out the toy, which is a pretty standard action figure definitely well-made and sturdy. my kid said that they would like to buy another one in the store, but my concern is the amount of plastic in this toy that is kind of useless. I don&rsquo;t foresee them using the mutation chamber again, but maybe I&rsquo;m wrong. Maybe I can come up with some kind of solution to redo the process. Also the plastic tube liquid comes in is really large. I think a recyclable foil package would be more sustainable. But I guess the test tube is part of the gimic.
