You can use the key over the directions to figure out how to get the doll out. There we lots of surprises for her to open. Our only issue with it, the closet doesn't stand as well. We did notice that there are openings on the back so that we can attach it to a wall, which we will be doing. She carries the doll around in the container with all her accessories and likes to unlock the doors with the key. Also, the elevator like mechanics was so fun for her to play with. She spent hours playing with this doll. The hair is soft and the doll is well made. As a collector and father to two girls who love monster high generation 3 I must suggest for others to buy. Love the concepts coming. Love the singer concept! They love the mystery factor of any toy, the doll comes with lots of surprises including a bag, a water bottle and pieces to make a second outfit. Personally I like her outfit she came in better, which is a bodysuit with a skort, beautiful thigh high purple boots. The plastic box she comes in can be used to store her and her accessories in but I wish it was easier to use and more functional, I wasn&rsquo;t a fan of that. The doll is posable which makes playing more fun. They quickly figured out that the key opened the 2 doors to reveal all of the little goodies. They were excited to try and decide the clues. I couldn't figure out how to get Cleo out, but my son was quick to point out how the key you build pops on the front so you can get to the doll. They were both really excited to change her it fits and they were surprisingly ready to do so. From tiny seam and buckle details on the clothes and shoes, to the beautifully sculpted hands, and even the details of the baby hair around Clawdeen's hairline, this doll is just beautiful. The aspect of opening all the tiny packages to find all the pieces, however, is meant for either an older collector or a really patient kid. There are lots of little pieces that are very quick to lose, and 5 days later I'm not sure I'll ever find them again. My kids loved the magic key and locks, but the elevator was pretty frustrating for them; with the tiny pieces needed for everything scattered in the different bags, none of them had the patience to put the elevator together in order to eject the doll. She comes with multiple accessories to create many different looks. Like all Monster High dolls she has movable joints at the elbows, wrists, and knees. The amount of accessories you get for this doll is insane for starters- the outfits are adorable and pretty good quality as well. I love that it can be set up and displayed or everything can go back in and have a storage space. The attention to detail on the doll itself is phenomenal. The nails, the little designs showing the werewolf hair, the little ears and makeup. Just *chefs kiss*. I do wish the middle part opened up like the doors on the sides for better displaying- I&rsquo;ll also suggest changing the way the hair is packaged, after cutting it I couldn&rsquo;t pull out the tiny plastic pieces or push them in (kinda pokey, so just be cautious).
