She thought the doll was very pretty and liked how she got a surprise from opening each door. The box comes with a different outfit and shoes which my daughter thought was cute and you can store it all in the box. She was particularly thrilled with this Monster High set because of the locker. She enjoys locking and unlocking each door and insists upon opening only with the &lsquo;right&rsquo; color key, despite the keys working on every lock. As a parent, the &lsquo;color reveal&rsquo; black paint on the keys is a down-side, as my daughter could not remove it in all the nooks and crannies, and the wet remnants of paint tracked onto hands, towels, and clothes. It does mercifully wash out easily, but is temporarily messy. This set includes two extra tops, and extra shorts and shoes. Cleo also comes with earrings, headband and a choker. The food is also my daughter&rsquo;s favorite, as the burrito, hot sauce and drink can also be used with the new &lsquo;coffin bean&rsquo; playset. Cleo&rsquo;s hair is a bit more delicate to brush than some of our other dolls, as it has metallic strands in it, but my daughter has managed to keep it pretty over the last few weeks. Overall, this felt like a lot more play value than a single doll, and my daughter returned to play with it many times over the last two weeks. At age 8, I was starting to worry that our doll days are over, but instead the morph into creating paper schoolbooks and notes hand-drawn and &lsquo;delivered&rsquo; into the locker, and elaborate school day scenarios created and discussed while she plays near me. I love her hair and the sparkle strands that are in it. Her clothes are adorable as well. My daughter had so much fun opening this doll. Dip each key in water to reveal which color it is and it opens the corresponding color door. In wach compartment is a piece of Cleo's extra outfit and another key. So the fun thing is you get lots of mix and match wardrobe options, and the set of keys allows for lots of imaginative play to store different things in the little lockers. It had minimal packaging which is really nice and I love the locker theme. I wish it came with a doll brush for the hair. It was a fun experience opening each compartment even though the last key was in the last compartment and not in the third like it was supposed to be. The colors were just as they were in the pictures, no fading or over exposure. The outfits are really cute but the gold jacket was a little difficult to put on. Over all, this product was fun and me and my daughter had such a fun time creating outfits together and creating stories with the good items included. It is marketed to children and collectors, and attention to detail is astounding! Lots of fun little pieces to play with, a doll, a second outfit, and a closet to keep the doll and her stuff in! After your children are done playing, they can neatly put everything away in that closet. Of course the mystery part is also cool, blind bags are still wildly popular. My daughter isn&rsquo;t a toddler anymore, but you should have seen how her eyes lit up with excitement opening all the compartments and discovering all the new pieces.
