When she was younger, I collected them for her so she would have them when she's older. I was so sad when I didn't see them in stores anymore. But this brought my excitement back! Frankie is such a beautiful doll! Her dress is so creative and well made. The hair is beautiful and is the perfect, ghoulish color. It's very soft as well. One of the things I have always loved about these dolls is the incredible detail. The detail ranges from stitches in the legs and arms, to fangs or claws. They also come with a cute animal friend that matches perfectly with them. My daughter and I love her so much. For someone that loves all things creepy and spooky, this doll and line is everything! In our house we still have the original Frankie so everyone was really excited to see Monster High return for the next generation. Frankie is super cute. She comes with her original pet, her diary, doll stand and a brush. She has soft, brushable, hair, her hands come off like the original to make changing clothes easier for little hands, and she comes with her original accessories. I worry some of the pieces may be too small for the real little kids but older kids should have no trouble. It&rsquo;s worth mentioning that the packaging is also super easy to open. Just open the cardboard flap at the top of the box and she slides right out! So easy for those of us with joint problems. It clearly displays the items, the doll, the dog, the stand, the diary, brush and the purse. Opening the box, just a standard way to open, you can use scissors. The doll looks very detailed and looks like it is made of durable plastic, not fragile. The doll has 7 or 8 articulation. The dress looks very nice, nice colors. The brush is handy, does not get stuck in the hair when combing. The diary is from gloss paper and it has actual pages with printed info, looks very realistic. The stand has a clip that goes up and down to hold the doll. The clip clips to the waist of the doll. It is not a firm stand and the clip does not stay steady, that would be the only complaint. The purse and the dog look very nice, made of durable resin.
