When he was little, my nephew was non verbal beyond making sounds. I think he loved the minions so much because like him, they mostly only made silly sounds. This toy makes a different silly sound/statement when you pull on his arm. There aren&rsquo;t any small detachable pieces so this is an easy toy to bring along in the car. It said it makes 15 sounds. I wish it was more than 14 different toot sounds and 1 only minion laugh. There are no real small pieces so it is great for even little ones. When you push down on the left hand, the body twists, and the he lets out a little &quot;toot&quot; sound, and then makes another little noise as his ray gun shoots out. There are about 15 different sounds and they are all funny, Our 5 yr old grandson loves playing with it and making the sounds too. My 5 and 8 year old boys both really enjoyed playing with this toy. They loved the gun - you would think it would get old, but it never did get old. They loved how he laughed and says things. This toy has definitely been a part of their creative playtime. My son and my daughter loved playing with Kevin. So easy to move his arm and then the launcher toot. You can also push down the other hand and Kevin's hip will twist and his toot launcher moves with the green POOF as it makes a toot noise. We were laughing every time the launcher went off with toot noises. Even before we got him unboxed, we were already playing with it. In typical Minions fashion, he's locked and loaded and ready for fun. Both of Kevin's arms rotate. Move one of his arms and it triggers Kevin to expel lots of funny noises. The packaging touts that Kevin emits 15+ sounds. We played with it for a while and heard lots of interesting noises!! It's a big toy but not too big for a toddler's hands. He was able to get a good grasp of Kevin and manipulate his body by rotating his arms and torso. It makes a lot of noise but only when you rotate its arms. I think kids and adults will get a laugh out of playing with Mighty Minions Kevin! It&rsquo;s been so hard to find minion toys and I&rsquo;m so glad they are back! They think it&rsquo;s hilarious and haven&rsquo;t put it down since it got here. I&rsquo;m normally against &ldquo;loud&rdquo; toys but this one isn&rsquo;t super loud! It&rsquo;s easy for them to play with it fits in their hands perfectly and is easy to move the arms to make the sounds.
