[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple and easy to use toy, that my Minecraft loving boy adores. It is good quality, easy to set up and easy to use. The exploding pieces are little pieces of paper that I wish were more toy friendly rather than just paper but is very cute and practical. This holds my son’s interest all afternoon.

Fun with Details & Speed but Noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Minecraft Exploding Creeper is fun but does not hold the interest of my 9 year old son for very long. The anticipation of the toy itself was much higher than the excitement after 10 minutes of playtime. The interaction is very realistic, especially for children who have played "survival" mode in the Minecraft game. It has the added fun of having "gun powder" inside when it explodes, which is once again realistic to the game and a "crafting" item. Assembly is quick and straightforward and reassembling after the creeper "explodes" is also very simple.
One downfall is that the creeper is very loud when moving around, so there is no "creeping". The remote has forward and then a backwards-turn. The creepers legs move realistically when you move it and it is very fast, which is fun to play with. You can choose to begin the explosion and stop by releasing your hold on the button. If you continue pressing it, it will "explode" and the "gunpowder" cardboard pieces fall out, as the head "pops" off. The remote is also in the design of the blocks you would use in Minecraft, which is a fun added detail.
All in all this is a fun toy, it just doesn't hold the attention of my 9 year old boy for very long.

Creeper is blast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This exploding remote control Creeper is fun. There are some things that we found to be a bit difficult. The head is easy to put on but you have to make sure that is on and on the correct way, where the face is on the same side as the toenails. Otherwise the explosion becomes random and does not happen every time you push the action button on the remote. The explosion particles are a fun idea but not really necessary. They fall out rather than fly out when it explodes, like a waterfall instead of a blast. And they are made of heavy card stock so they will be durable but not lasting long term. It’s very hard for kids to keep their hands steady enough for them to gingerly place the particles on the shelves inside the Creeper body. It doesn’t run on carpet but it really doesn’t need to. It runs very well on wood, tile, or linoleum floors. I really like that there wasn’t any sticker decals to put on it. The face and feet already have their details.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great interactive toy for the Minecraft kiddo in your house. I like how it makes realistic sounds. You put paper cutouts of the gunpowder inside of the creeper then it "explodes" which adds to the excitement factor. At first I put the paper cutouts in the wrong spot and it didn't work well, the read the instructions and found the correct spot so that is something to show your kiddo before they use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the Minecraft Exploding Remote Control Creeper and it did not disappoint! The ultimate remote control toy for kids of all ages!! My sons love it! It looks just like the creeper in the game, the bright green color is awesome. The remote fits easily in any little hands for fun play. It is very easy to control, forward, backwards and of course the explode button so any age can operate easily. You fill the box with coins and when you least expect it, hold the button down and BOOM,the head flies into the air along with the coins, so cool! Easy to put back together. There is also a button to push to make sounds and lights up. Don't worry its not loud and crazy like some of the other toys out there .So much fun! It works best on flooring rather than carpet. It is very well made, doesn't fall over easily like some other products do. My kids spent a good 30 minutes playing with it and then starting adding all their other Minecraft toys and made it last even longer. If you have kids that love Minecraft like mine do, this is the toy they will enjoy.

Great fun for minecraft lovers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids (boys ages 7 and 6) love Minecraft, and creepers are one of their favorites. They were so excited when they first saw this creeper. They love that they can drive it around the room and they love the explosions. The controller joystick only goes forward and backward. When it’s going backward it turns. This type of RC controller is new to my kids, but they were able to get the hang of steering it pretty quickly and are able to get the creeper to go where they want. When you tap the button on the controller the creeper makes some hissing/exploding noises. When you press and hold the button the creeper makes noises for a couple seconds and then it explodes. The head pops off and little pieces of “debris” fly out. The creeper comes with ten pieces of explosive particles which are actually made of thick paper. After exploding out and being put back inside the creeper many times they do start to bend and the edges split. It's what you’d expect from paper. It wouldn’t be hard to make replacements at home if you wanted to. Sometimes my kids put the head on backwards and drive it in circles. It gets a lot of play in our home but it's still working great. This is a fun toy for kids who love minecraft.

Fun idea, but needs work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the idea of the toy is very cool, my kids love Minecraft and were so excited for a remote control creeper they can explode! However, our toy did not explode every time we hit the button. It seemed to get stuck a lot and was just frustrating trying to get it to work. It exploded maybe 1 out of every 5 tries, no matter how we tried to put it together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toy looks really cool! I’m sure kids would enjoy playing with it. The design and colors are fun!
We were unfortunately unable to pair the remote controller with the moving part of the toy. We haven’t been able to sync them.

well built
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So So. Seems well built. Directions are confusion when shown how to insert the exploding paper....speaking of paper....something more hardy would be much longer lasting for children. Controller is sturdy and easy to use. The mauverability of the little robot is good-fast, and easy to figure out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys had so much fun with the toy! They love racing it around the house and making it explode. My only concern is the pieces which pop out are made of paper and I have a feeling the will not withstand frequent play.

RC creeper for the Minecraft loving kid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves Minecraft! When he opened the box, he was so excited! The steering for this RC creeper is very kid user friendly unlike some others we have had. When going forward it allows you to turn and go backwards which is nice. The explosion is surprising, the creeper head blows off and pieces of paper go flying, I wish they were little blocks instead since the paper is easy to lose. Battery life is good too, he's been playing with it for about two weeks now and on the same set of batteries.

Fun exploding creeper toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun new Minecraft toy. You drive the creeper with the remote. Only goes forwards and backwards. Then you can press and old the button to explode the creeper. The Creepers head pops off, the body splits in two and explosion cards emerge. It is adorable and my boys love it.
