<span itemprop="description">This product has a fundamental flaw. The coins get stuck and the products drawer no longer closes and is completely jammed. I've tried to get the items out and there's just no way without breaking the register entirely. Completely frustrating and I feel like it was a complete waste of money.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My mom purchased this toy for my son. It's definitely not as well built from the ones when I was younger. My son accidentally put something that didn't belong in the cash register and got stuck. There's no way to get it out. The coin slot for the red coin also doesn't work any more. The coin just falls right through. Unless your child is completely gently and never curious about putting other things in the slots and gentle closing the cash drawer try looking for a different product.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Cash registers are fun for kids but this model cannot compete with the old school Fisher Price ones. This cash register has a major design flaw that should have been identified during design and testing. If a child puts a coin (or other small object) in the slots while the drawer is open, the object gets stuck. Sometimes you can shake them out, but if that does not work, the cash register has to be taken apart. Other brand cash registers have a removable drawer, which alleviates the issue.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My daughter received the toy "Spin & Swipe Cash Register" as a gift and the spinning mechanism of the numbers malfunctioned and stopped working within 4 months of using. They claim their products to be built to last and offer 100% Happiness Guarantee. All these claims are fake and proved by my recent interaction with customer service. Called up customer care, they asked to send images and here is what they replied back "Our team was able to meet regarding your Sort & Swipe Cash Register inquiry and picture, and we feel that due to the item arriving in good working condition and having been very well loved by your daughter over time, it appears the damage is part of normal wear and tear to this toy over time." How can a failing mechanism of a toy be treated as normal wear and tear thing?</span>

<span itemprop="description">Kids really liked this. As long as it works. The coins keep getting stuck behind the drawer and it is not designed to open it up. It's completely glued together. Right now it is absolutely unusable because the drawer is jammed shut with a coin in there somewhere. Can't fix it. Can't sell it. Do I just throw it away? It should be designed with this in mind - that parents may need to open it to unjam it. Use screws. Not glue.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was so excited to find this. I use to have another brand similar when I was growing up an my kids play with it at their grandparents when they visit. I thought, great Melissa and Doug Roy's are made so well this will probably last even longer than mine did!! NOPE, in less than 3 months the drawer wouldn't open correctly. I repaired it 2 or 3 times but it just wouldn't work correctly. I finally just threw it away :(</span>
