<span itemprop="description">Purchased on sale for $19.97. The concept of make believe and imaginative play with water wow snow cones and slushies is fun, however, upon unpacking and playing we discovered many issues. Firstly, the pink cap in which one squeezes the water out of the tube had a small piece of sharp plastic jutting out sliced my finger when I twisted the cap back on. Secondly, the slider on the side for the ice cubes is so stiff and doesn't slide all the way up and gets stuck. Thirdly, the rope holding the lid for the snow cone drop sticks out so the snow cone gets stuck and doesn't actually drop out when the green wooden button is pushed/released. Fourth, the circular slot for the spoon/straw is too large for it so that it slides down whereas the slot for the plastic tongs are too narrow for the tongs to go in. I am thinking I could've received a defective product but since it's opened uncertain whether I can return/exchange this.</span>
