The set includes a variety of different dinosaur figures, each with its own unique characteristics and features. The blocks are easy for my daughter to grip and manipulate, and she has had a lot of fun putting the dinosaurs together and taking them apart again. One of the things I appreciate most about this set is the attention to detail. Each dinosaur has its own specific color scheme and markings, making them easy to identify and distinguish from one another. She loves it! She can't stack the blocks together yet, but she enjoys the moving parts, the squeaky dinosaur, and just holding the blocks. Her older siblings, myself, or her dad help her stack the blocks and make dinosaurs, and she enjoys holding them. She especially likes the brachiosaurus because it has a long neck with rings on it that clack, and anything she can make noise with is a win in her book. I always struggle to find him toys that engage and keep his attention, but he would not stop playing with these! The colorful packaging grabbed his attention immediately and as soon as I opened the box, he was chomping at the bit to play with the Mega Blocks. The dinosaurs are so fun and the absolute cutest. The colors of the Mega Bloks are great! A mixture of primary colors and some non-primary that really stand out and are bold enough to catch my grandson&rsquo;s eye. The different sensory options are a definite plus as well. The chomping feature, gears and the rings were all favorites for sure. The Squeak n&rsquo; Chomp Dinos were the perfect size for little hands to put together and pull apart with ease. The Mega Bloks were age appropriate and so easy to mix and match with each other. I can&rsquo;t say enough positive things about our experience with these entertaining little dinosaurs. They are favorite toy around our house and are a go-to every playtime and I don&rsquo;t see that changing anytime soon. It is made for kids ages 1+ and our 20 month and 3.5 year old loved it equally. The dino parts that come with it are a great draw. There are also parts that squeak and click which is an added bonus and the bright colors of each grouping serve as a guide in constructing each dinosaur. This toy provides plenty of opportunity for activating the imagination of a wide age range of children. I really can't think of anything negative about this set. The quality and design features(dinosaur eyes, teeth) are painted on instead of being stickers. Pieces are large enough to not be a chocking hazard and stay connected but are still easy to take apart by my 1 yr old. From the moment I took the pieces out of the box my daughter refused to put them down until her nap time. Great sensory features; from the rotating gears, the rings around the neck, the functional T-Rex mouth to the squeaky legs have all kept my daughter engaged. I think the best part about this set is that it&rsquo;s compatible with an existing set of mega blocks that we currently own. My daughter saw the package and would not even let me open it before she tried to take off with it. The colors caught her attention immediately and she loved the fact that there was a sensory object that she could play with even before opening the box. Once it was open she was having a blast. The guide on there to create these little creatures for her was very simple for me to do and immediately she found herself playing with these dinos. This is something I would personally purchase for her I don't even mind that this has to be put together. Some products that require parents to put together they immediately break when the child gets to play with them and this right here she is putting them together and different styles than what the manual is and i cannot say enough good things about it.
