<span itemprop="description">I really like this pump it works well and easy to carry With plenty of additional room for my personal things and pump accessories. However I dislike the fact that the pump is not easy to remove from the backpack so when I’m at home I do not need to carry the backpack around with me and could just leave it to pump. The additional accessories are definitely worth the additional cost and I would recommend this as one of the best pump out that there especially considering it fits almost all bottles and pump bags. I do wish the accessories were a bit cheaper is I would use them more often.</span>

My baby sleeps 10 hours at night so I normally pump at 6am I put baby to sleep at midnight and she won't wake up till around 10am. This being said I normally can only get 3 oz during this session milk will stop coming out with pump but I can still hand express and it will shoot across the room.LC has been unable to tell me why this happens. I love the way the pump is in a stylish bag and how easy it is to use I just wish it would empty my breast completely.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My baby was born 3 weeks early. This started me on a journey of Exclusively Pumping that I didn't think I'd ever take. I'd breastfed my previous 5 children and expected to do so with the newest. The PISA has been a lifesaver. I pump every 2-3 hours during the day and every 4-5 overnight. I love that it's portable and I can go places without being tethered to a clock. I love the tote and accessories that came with it. The cooler and extra collection bottles makes pumping-on-the-go much easier and I don't have to worry about wasting my precious milk.</span>

The Medela isn’t like that at all, it’s gentle and I can empty in about 10-15 minutes! I’m an exclusive pumper so I needed something with a lot of power and that will last! <span itemprop="description">The best *free [through insurance] pump a working mom can get. Really efficient and helped me build up my supply while on leave. I would pump 1 breast while baby nursed on other, then switched. I really love this pump and used it with all 3 kids. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars not 5 is due to the breast shields. Wish they were easier to take apart and clean. Also storage bags for milk a little pricey. A pack of 50 almost costs as much as a can of formula. I think they should be cheaper due to its necessity and cost of pump(s). But overall its a great pump, and I love that I was fortunate enough to be provided one by my insurance.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This pump was a lifesaver. I did not have maternity leave when I had my baby so I had to return to work within a few weeks of delivery. This pump is built into the bag so it travels well. It made it very easy to carry it to work, pump quickly and store my milk in the travel cooler. I used this pump for almost 14 months and never had a loss of suction or any trouble. Definitely recommend.</span>

The let down feature is ok. The speed is a little fast for me before let down making it a little uncomfortable even though I've only turned the knob enough for it to be on and the speed is a little too slow after the let down feature but if I turn it up the suction seems to hard then. It is also on the louder side not as discreet as some others. Of the several brands of pumps I've tried this ranks the worst. The bags and storage bottles are the only nice part.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Difficult to turn on and off due to the location and size of the knob. Makes it extremely hard to manuever even with one hand free. The 2nd let down feature is helpful in greater emptying of the breast and the pump overall is very efficient. Convenient bag that also makes carrying it discrete.</span>
